Portraits and Painting Orders Instructions


Ordering by e-mail:

To order a portrait online:   choose a technique ( pastel or pencil ) and e-mail a scanned photo ( or photos ) to us.  The photos should be in JPEG.  We will confirm the photos are with us and and their quality is satisfying to start working on them. 

To order a painting

E-mail us what kind of painting you would like to order and who you would like to paint it.
We will forward an order form for you to fill out.

Pay a deposit by Credit Card or PayPal

Please, accept the condition that no work will be started until the deposit is paid.

Information on the progress of painting

We will send you photos of the progress of your painting to approve.  Once it is ready and approved by you, it will be shipped DHL,  POCZTEX or other similar service.  You should receive it within 1 to 2 weeks if you are located overseas.

Final approval

Once you approve you like the painting, please, pay the rest of the money and we will send the painting to you.

Shippment

The painting is sent in a tube.  We will return the photos and the information you will need to frame the painting.  The Artists retain their copy rights.
